The site depthy.me can create animations from your Lens Blur images made with the stock Android camera! You can also play around with the depth map and do other fun stuff!
Krish Gounder – Perhaps because someone commented what it could do on a lensblur photo I posted. Am I the only one that doesn’t think I know everything that happens on the net?
Krish Gounder – I’ll use any device that does the job. My previous phone was an iPhone. My current, an Android. Before the iPhone, I had a HTC Touch Cruise (ie Windows CE). That said – it’s unlikely that I return to that walled in fruit garden.

Old news 👍
Luis Amador – It was new news to me.
same functionality also has Seene
Alexander A. Seene is a phone app though, while Depthy is a web site.
It’s been around for more than a year and a half. Not sure how an Android fan has just found it.

Lars Fosdal It’s okay my friend, we’ll let this one slip.

Krish Gounder – What’s with the Android thing?
Lars Fosdal http://www.reddit.com/r/androidcirclejerk Don’t go in there if you’re an Apple fan. It will never work out for you.

Lars Fosdal Haha, but I can say that the iPhone is actually a really great device. I would use it but im a Nexus warrior so I only buy Nexus devices.
Krish Gounder – Yeah. Currently on a Nexus 4, and waiting to see what comes this year. The N4 still is surprisingly smooth, given it’s relative age.
Lars Fosdal Yeah, it’s a great device. I hope the new Nexus will based off of the LG G4 with changes to the back body style.
