Someone asked me why the Norwegian winter sport championships were held in South Korea this year. The 2018 Olympic Medal statistics are pretty awesome seen from a Norwegian point of view, but then again – we do have a really long time love/hate relationship with snow and ice, large parts of the year.

Terence Petersen-Ajbro Nope, I had shoulder surgery in November – so swimming is off the table for now.
One of our TV channels made a rather poor taste video with some of the athletes. It is supposed to be funny, but I don’t know… it is a bit over the top.

True story: My first wife gave up slalom after colliding with and knocking down two danes in the slopes. The danes were not to fault 🙂
I have skied twice in my life, both times in Norway. Apart from not being able to stop or turn, it went quite well.

Germans are equally crazy nowadays. I have yet to watch a single minute of the Olympics.
Feel that way about winter here in Canada too.
