I rant, therefore I am.
This bit is not for the Aspies :0P
Learning functional programming is like starting from scratch.
We are functional from the start in a procedural world locked into the fashion of data handling. [ how do we best describe a data type and make it self modify on environmental change ]
Reading through it makes me think people should learn classic ‘C’ coding at high-school and BBC [ M$ ] BASIC at Primary school.
I’m still waiting to hear why this is so powerful, the JS examples are galling too.
It’s not a real language it’s a excuse to kill the internet when used as part of HTML5, it’s runs in a virtual toilet. [ Chrome, Edge, FF et al are dirty whores ]
