“I suppose there are two kinds of parents: those who can’t roll with 23 days of an Elsa dress, and those who can. The reason I switched from being the former to the latter is because of what the dress means to Grace. It’s not because she’s waiting for a prince to rescue her, or because she’s trying to channel the glamour of Elsa’s lush platinum locks. It’s because, as she explained, ‘Elsa has ice powers.'”
I fully support this!

The older of my two sons had a period in kindergarten where he loved wearing a pink dress “inherited” from his three year older sister. We let him. Other people’s opinions are irrelevant. He’s now eleven, and he still rather plays with the girls, and bonds easily with them. He was, for a long time, the only boy who dared to do closeup dancing with the girls at birthday parties, and since he likes girls that’s a great advantage. 😊
Not sure if the other boys are catching up, or if they are still being their silly pre-adolescent selves.
I’m just hoping he doesn’t become “the friend”, awesome as he is, while the girl/s he fancies pick/s random morons from the abundance.
