Code productivity comes in burst between all the other daily stuff. I do leave comments and compile errors in code and use post-it notes. I also make people wait while I finish a thought or make a note. I use head phones to get “in the zone” and they help stop people from interrupting a thought. If they think your not listening, they will stand there and wait for you to take them off. But nothing beats closing the door and turning the phone off, if you can get away with that 🙂
Paul Thornton But for little reasons like the two in your avatar, it can sometimes be really difficult. 🙂  It’s a good day when I can get to bed before 1:00am.  Last night was 4:30am.  Productive, but unhealthy.
Run your own business, then you’ve no choice but to stay productive 🙂
