Note for non-readers of Swedish: when viewing the PDF in Google Drive, you can select File > Open With Google Docs, which will open a document with one page containing a bitmap, and the next one containing the OCR’ed text of that bitmap.
In Google Docs, you can subsequently select Tools > Translate to have the text portion translated to a language of your choice. It’s readable enough to get the gist of the article.
