Marco Cantù – How’s the roadmap for RAD Studio’s C++? When will it be C++14 compliant?
Wow. The C++ language is improving fast over the last lustrum. From C++03 to C++11 it was a while, but C++14 is approaching rapidly, and C++17 is already on the radar!
And quite awesome changes too.
At present C++ 64bit has been C++11 compliant for quite sometime but 32bit has only just achieved this with the XE6 release I believe.
The new C++14 improvements place C++ almost at C# slickness level.
Yes I’m yet to watch the video but am a big fan of C++, its the platform we mainly use for work. Would be good to know EMB’s plans for C++
