Roger Moum – Then you are probably not using SQL Server, Visual Studio, MS Office, PowerShell, and so on. Windows is only a part of the updates.

Not much that irritates me so much…
I’m glad the only time I see that is when I help family and friends with their computer problems. updating os x or linux is way less frustrating in my opinion.
I’m not using Visual Studio, Office, Powershell nor Windows myself. But rather Xcode / IntelliJ IDEA, Pages / Google Docs, bash and os x/linux.
Hmm, “managed by your system administrator”? If that was true, toy shouldn’t see this at all.
Folmer Fredslund – I rarely get fixes from the corporate system, since my PC is not a plain vanilla corporate config, and I am the sys admin of it. The policy system does control some other aspects though – much to my annoyance.

Bjørn Kjelstadli – ligger vanligvis rundt 1Gb, men denne var ekstra stor.
