In the heat of the moment it can some times be difficult to curb your anger. I would like to remind you all that we are grownup people and should be able to have grownup conversations without name calling or innuendo.
Still – this is bound to happen now and then, so in addition to asking you to behave nicely, I am also asking you to be the bigger man/woman if push comes to shove. Tell the other party that you do not appreciate the personal comment(s), and when appropriate – evaluate your side in the discussion.
Did you address the questions/comments at hand?
Did you express yourself reasonably and clearly?
Could you be more forthcoming?
Were you posting in anger?
Are you actually disagreeing?
