Yesterday I joined a large group of great people in saying farewell to a dear friend, Adrian Sira, who passed away after more than five years of fighting cancer. The Kingwings – his crew of break dancers – said farewell the way they know best – by dancing for Adrian at his funeral. It was perhaps one of the strongest and most emotional moments in my entire life. The best breakdancers in Norway showing in force to see off one of their own and honor him and his family. I never thought I would see dancing in a funeral – let alone break dance – but this was Right, and it was Great, and it was the best tribute that Adrian could get!
You would have loved it, Adrian! We love you and we miss you!

I see many are speechless.
You swell my humanity with your words. Remembrance should be joyous. I lost a friend 2 years past and I did not get to ‘celebrate’ him.
