My XBox One Elite controller started acting up (after 1500+ hours of use), with the left stick sometimes not registering forward moves, and sometimes moving forward without me touching it.
I went online to XBox support, described my problem in a chat session, immediately got UPS documents for a free return from Norway to Germany, shipped it off Monday, October 3rd, and today my replacement from Germany arrived in my mailbox – complete with casing, extra knobs and paddles – free of charge.
That is what I call good support, Microsoft!
Just gotta love when things turns out like that

Being a programmer, I do my “heavy lifting” with my brain. For me, gaming is therapeutic. It clears my mind after a hard day at work.
