And it’s fixed. Nobody’s being super blatant about this, but I also suspect that anyone with a different antivirus provider is probably already immune… so like… almost all corporate IT.
Jake Weisz I remember one of the Mozilla devs saying that Windows Defender is better than the other antivirus engines. This may prove him wrong but it does not mean that other antivirus software is not buggy.

All software has bugs. As the fix is quietly rolling out to everybody in what seems less than a week I’d not say that the software is much worse than before. The support from Microsoft seems pretty great it least ☺️
