The implication of these clickbait jpegs is that the if these voters only went out to vote that clinton would have won. Well, what evidence is there that they would have voted predominantly for clinton?
Wolfgang Rupprecht I don’t think that’s necessarily the case. At the very least, if more people had voted then we would have a more accurate idea of who the public actually wants in office, regardless of who that person is.
Yah, I don’t blame the Trump voters for this mess. They don’t know any better (or refuse to know). I do blame those who could have stopped this with their vote.
If a few people abstain, it’s OK. But when 46.9% don’t vote, it’s a big deal. There’s a lot of untapped political power in that bloc. With microtargeting, that can be a great resource for any politician with enough money to exploit it.

One of my friends who didn’t vote said if they did, they woulda voted for Trump.

That’s so depressing. How can you not vote?
George Carlin has a rebuttal:

What’s the rebuttal against him? I’m not saying he’s right, just pushing the dialogue.

Well, Wolfgang Rupprecht, as things stand, those who didn’t vote did, in fact, vote FOR Trump.
