Uhhhh what? It’s not tethered, the girl in stripes and jeans kicks it away. It’s very, very obvious.

Judging from her gesture afterwards, it wasn’t even intentional — she probably just didn’t see the guy setting out to dive, since he’s half behind her.
(Dunno if it would have been even better if it were, then the gesture would have been a fist-pump or something.)
