Tor Willy – The Marching King
There still are a few originals around. Tor Willy is a regular attendant to any event that includes pinning something to his jacket 🙂 When not in uniform, you will often meet him walking the region, and he knows everybody’s parents, grandparents and entire family. He is struggling a little with us more recent acquaintances, but if I mention my wife’s family name, he lights up and can tell me all about them.
Is this a boat captain’s uniform? Or any real uniform at all?

Ordfører i Bamble kommune heter Hallgeir Kjeldal. Han er karen med briller og står til høyre for Thor Willy. Det blir kanskje litt mer staselig når Thor Willy kommer masjerende, i sin admiraluniform. Han har fotografisk minne og kan f. eks bibelen utenat.
