A nice morning

What’s nice with living in a small village far away from any big cities is that you don’t have to travel far to find nice landscapes.

Like Holmtjønnet in the neighboring village. Only a 10 minute drive from that village, and a 25 minute walk (mostly because my car doesn’t do off road very well), you arrive at this pond.

I walked around it in an hour.
Further left outside the frame, was a small island, wich isn’t bigger than a house – and on that island was a small cabin.
That must be a nice vacation cabin for sure!

Australian photographer Dale Sharpe proposes to his photography partner Karlie Russell under the Aurora Borealis at Lofoten in Northern Norway.

They took the pictures themselves with the help of a flashlight and a tripod + remote.

Karlie said “Yes!” 🙂
